I think there is a stigma that because a watch comes from China it’s a fake or replica. If this were a Swiss brand folks would see it differently in my opinion.

Seiko watches are incredible and the brand is synonymous with durability and quality. However their prices and al lthe LE are driving fans to look elsewhere. I’ll be the first to say I’m a HUGE Seiko/GS fan but at some of theIR modern prices lead me seeking other more comparable brands instead. So call it homage or copy, which by the way the market is flooded with… this is a great alternative and the plus is you get the Seiko movement.
